Keto is all the rage these days because it gets results. Keto meals are an awesome way to get a trim waist line and you don’t have to spend all of your money to buy food and get into ketosis. You should always check with a doctor before trying a new diet plan. Here are 10 super delicious Keto meals that won’t burst your budget:

Chops Marinated in Red Pesto

This recipe from the DietDoctor.com needs just four ingredients, one of which you probably already have in your cabinet (mayo). The recipe also calls for pork chops ($3.95/lb on average), butter and red pesto. Take it easy on the mayo for it to be full on keto. Get the full recipe here.

Bacon-Wrapped Keto Meatloaf

Another recipe from the DietDoctor to make the list. This one is even simpler! Most of the recipe calls for different seasonings, but the main ingredients are just ground beef and bacon. The average cost for 100% ground beef is $3.60/lb across the U.S. The average cost for bacon is $5.50/lb. Grab the recipe here!

Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

Who doesn’t love fajitas? You can make this Delish recipe in the crockpot so you don’t have to be sitting over the stove. (Woop, woop!) This is another recipe where you may have quite a bit of the seasonings needed in your pantry already. No need to go on a shopping spree! The main ingredients are chicken, onions and peppers. Chicken breast costs around $3/lb so it’s an affordable meal. Grab the recipe here!

Crispy Slow-Cooker Carnitas

Another tasty keto meal from Chef Savvy that can feed a lot of people and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients —mostly spices! The recipe calls for pork shoulder. According to Walmart.com, the cost for pork shoulder is about $2.34/lb and around $10 in total. NOT BAD for how long a pork shoulder can last and how many people it can feed. The rest of the ingredients are spices and seasonings. Instead of tortilla, eat it with salad to make it keto. Grab the yummy recipe here!

Keto Low Carb Chili Recipe

The chili recipe also calls for ground beef (obviously, right, it’s chili after all). Again, the average cost of ground beef is around $3.60/lb. Additionally, diced tomatoes, chilis, garlic and oregano. Grab the full recipe and directions here!
