Welcome to the What’s the fine print? series. WOOP, WOOP!

In this series, we take a look at a business, product, or service to review the terms, conditions, and other information you need to know before spending your hard-earned money.

The Fashion Edition of this series is a review of affordable online boutiques that happen to be popular on Instagram. Check out the other posts in this series: Zaful and SheIn.

The questions we wanna know are: Are these stores safe to use? Is there any fine print you need to be aware of when shopping?

Here we’re doing a *drum roll * Dia and Co. We’ll cover:

  • What Dia & Co is
  • What’s the price range?
  • The shipping costs
  • Return policy
  • Key points you need to know

Let’s get to it!

What Dia&Co is

Dia and Co is a plus size women’s store that was started in 2015 to cater to a market of fashionistas that aren’t able to find fashionable clothes that fit at other storefronts.

Dia and Co has tops, blazers, dresses, jeans, skirts, outwear and much more. The site also has a styling service where you take a style quiz. After the quiz, Dia and Co will send you a fancy style box with goodies for $20.

What’s the price range?

Prices look to be in the $40 to $100ish range. Pants and dresses are around the $70 to $80 range. Tops are a bit lower priced, but overall you can expect to pay close to $100 if you plan to get more than one item from the store.

The site doesn’t appear to have customer reviews to give you a sense of the quality and fit. But the store does have an active Instagram page with women showing themselves off in Dia and Co outfits.

The shipping costs

Dia and Co ships to all 50 states. The shipping fee is $4.99 and orders typically ship in 2 to 5 business days. If you order a Style Box, the shipping for the box is free. Dia and Co doesn’t currently ship to Puerto Rico or any U.S. territories.

There’s no expedited shipping at this time. The only option is the standard shipping with the standard fee.

Return policy

You can make returns within 30 days. To get a full return, you need to not have worn the clothes and the tag needs to still be on.

The return process is pretty easy: Place the items you want to return back into the package it came in and fill out the prepaid return label.

Key points you need to know

  • Flat rate shipping is $4.99
  • There’s no expedited shipping option
  • You have 30 days to make a return
  • Dia and Co has a Style Box product for $20 where you

Wrap up

That ties up this Dia and Co review! Dia and Co has a wide range of styles for plus size women. The price point is higher than other online stores, but there’s also many heavier jackets and sweaters with thicker fabric which may be the reason for the price.

You get 30 days to make returns and the shipping fee is reasonable.
