This is a sponsored post. All opinions are mine.

I’m obsessed these days with staying in shape and doing so on a budget.

I’m always on the hunt for at-home workout routines and since May I have lost just shy of 20 pounds without a gym membership. Crazy right! In four months, I’ve lost more weight than I’ve been able to lose in 3 whole years.

One of the at-home plans that’s helped me transition from flab to fab is p90x.

The fitness program isn’t always cheap, but I found it’s available at Groupon Goods for just $69.99. That’s a fraction of the price that it costs retail. It’s usually over $100.

The benefit of p90x is it gives you an entire workout plan to follow plus a diet plan. For people who aren’t so great at staying disciplined, p90x is sure to give you a kick in the butt and an organized plan to follow.

Groupon Goods also has a ton of other affordable workout equipment for the home like weights, mats, exercise balls, and more. Jillian Michael workout tapes are on the site as well, and I’ve heard positive things about her fitness plan, too.

In general, whenever I’m on the look out for a product, travel, or excursion, Groupon is the place I go to look for a deal.

What about you? Do you check out Groupon often? What’s the best deal you’ve found?
